We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces significant legal effects.

3 Third-Party Services & Advertising (AdMob)

Our applications use Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use data about your device and usage to serve personalised or non-personalised advertisements.

AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (Google Ad ID / GAID)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device and OS information
• App usage and interaction data
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (on web)

Users in applicable regions (e.g., EEA, UK) will be shown a consent prompt in accordance with Google's EU User Consent Policy. You may opt out of personalised advertising at any time via your device settings:

• Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our apps (e.g., Google AdMob, Firebase), under strict confidentiality agreements

• Protection of rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of ZHA Tech Studio, our users, or the public
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction, with advance notice given to users

5 Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:

• Locally stored data (e.g., recently used phone numbers in our apps) is stored on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app data
• Crash and analytics data collected via third-party SDKs is retained per those providers' own retention schedules (typically 90 days for Firebase)
• Email communications with us are retained for up to 3 years for support and legal purposes

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time (see Section 7).

6 Children's Privacy

Our applications and services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions such as the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at admin@zhatechstudio.in. We will promptly delete such information from our systems.

For apps that are specifically designed for children (if any), a separate, compliant privacy policy will be provided and those apps will be configured to serve non-personalised ads only, in compliance with COPPA and Google Play's Families Policy.
